The experimental study on the therapy of autotransplanting mesenchymal stem cells for end-stage cong

    Objective: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) may contribute to the healing of myocardial infarction(MI). We investigate whether autotransplantation with MSC can treat end-stage heart failure and its mechanism.

    Methods：Heart failure was d in 15 swines by right ventricular-pacing. All the swines were divided into two groups: DMEM implantation group(DMEM) and MSC implantation group (MSC). MSCs was taken from the iliac crest of swines.The stem cells were injected into coronary artery under DSA.
